The NIDRR-funded RRTC ENhancing ACTivity and Participation for Persons with Arthritis (ENACT) has released the sixth podcast in the “Active Living with Arthritis” series. This series provides evidence-based information to assist people living with arthritis and other rheumatic conditions stay active. This information is presented in an enjoyable, conversational format with the hope that people living with arthritis will find this information useful and that clinicians will share this valuable resource with their patients.
In Podcast 6: “The Relationship between Inflammation, Arthritis, and Nutrition” Sargent faculty member, Dr. Karen Jacobs and Dr. Kristin Baker with a PhD in Nutrition Science discuss how food choices affect inflammation.
