Fundación Orange, People with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Technology

Since its inception in France in 1987, the Fundación Orange is made up of 16 foundations that develop and support projects in 30 countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Fundación Orange coordinates activities and projects within this network of organizations, including promoting the use of digital solutions to support a higher quality of life of people with autism spectrum disorders (ASD); supporting the future of young people at risk of social exclusion, connecting their desire to learn and grow by supporting collaborative and social training and creation in digital information; and supporting women in vulnerable situations to improve their autonomy and employability through the use of technology and knowledge of digital environments. In their support of people with ASD, the Foundation also promotes innovative leisure activities adapted to people with ASD and raises awareness about ASD in society through multimedia, print, and social media. The Foundation also produces videos, available through its YouTube channel, related to different aspects of ASD and its activities in support of people with ASD, women, and at-risk youth.
