In the December 2013/January 2014 edition of Neurology Now (Volume 9, Number 6), the Waiting Room feature highlights patient bloggers in the article “Having Their Say: Patient Bloggers”. The article describes how patient bloggers offer advice as they share their own journeys with neurologic disease. Several blogs are discussed in the article that range from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia (alzheimersfrontrow.blogspot.com), epilepsy (livingwellwithepilepsy.com), multiple sclerosis (debbiepetrina.authorsxpress.com), Parkinson’s Disease (offandonakpdrag.blogspot.com), and stroke (strokesurvivorblog.com). Each blog is written by someone living with that disease.
