Campuses Light Up for Autism Awareness

The Autism Speaks organization is encouraging college campuses to get involved with Autism Awareness Month through its Autism U Campaign. Autism U is a collective effort among institutions of higher learning to get students and student organizations to partake in creative on-campus happenings in celebration of Autism Awareness Month. Throughout April, colleges and universities worldwide will participate in awareness and fundraising events such as “Light it Up Blue,” lighting up iconic buildings and campus landmarks in Autism Speaks signature blue. Pictures of school events will be featured on the Autism Speaks Facebook page. To participate, learn how to start an Autism Speaks U Chapter  and host events at your school.
