The Affordable Health Care Act (ACA) was signed into law by President Obama in 2010 and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 28th, 2012. The law affects all Americans and makes sweeping changes that take place over the next several years with most changes taking place by 2014. In order to better understand the health care law the Health and Human Services Administration’s Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership will be hosting a series of webinars for the month of July and August.
