FCTD is a program of the US Dept of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs. They officer information and services to organizations, educators, administrators, parents, and students with a focus on assistive and instructional technologies. Resources include databases, a great monthly newsletter, fact sheets, a family guide, recursos en Español, and the conference center (see above).
